Elzabieta Kosmicki is a Colorado native and has been studying and practicing the art of Qi Gong and transformative breathwork for over 20 years. She has infused the teachings and exploration of Qi Gong into her clinical work, martial arts, teaching, entrepreneurialism, journalism and daily living. She has been practicing Classical Chinese Medicine, Energy Medicine, Rolfing and Somatic Therapy professionally for the last 2 decades as well as teaching the art of Qi Gogn, Dao Yin and Energy medicine to clients and practitioners across the globe. She enjoys daily training and practice in nature and teaching in her martial arts school in Crestone Colorado at the base of the world renown Crestone Needle.
