Roasted Green Onion with Garlic & Ginger

Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of green onions
- 1- 2 inch knob of ginger sliced
- One head of garlic
- Olive oil
- Chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Toss onions and ginger with olive oil and arrange lengthwise in roasting pan
Cut top off garlic head to expose cloves and brush with olive oil place cut side down in roasting pan
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and chili flakes to taste
Roast for 60-75 minutes Turning occasionally
Serve as a side
