Hibiscus Basil Syrup

Ingredients:
- 1/3 Cup dried hibiscus flowers
- One bunch fresh basil
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup honey
Directions:
Simmer hibiscus and basil in water until reduced by half, strain and
return liquid to heat. Add honey and boil rapidly for 5 minutes.
Cool and store in glass container in refrigerator.

Sweetness substitute
Popsicle base
Pancake syrup
