Week of December 13th: The last letting go: Relax into the last bits of the fall season and any of the big picture releases brought to the surface form the recent eclipses. Open the spine through activating the bladder channel and in influence on the nervous system. Roll out the back of the body with one my favorite spine stretches to keep your whole body open to welcoming the December Full Cold Moon!

 

Week of December 20th: Invite The Still: settle into the quite Solstice time by anchoring into a reflective  practice designed to tap into your bodies inner waters and DNA. Connect to ancestral patterns during the darkest part of the year to look deeper at the seeds of your return to light this coming 2022. Sink into a powerful standing practice to strengthen your connection to your roots as we welcome winters inward descent. 

 

Week Of December 27th Build strength and  Integrity: Activate the Kidney channel with dragonfly yin practice. Strengthen your inner reserves to make change this coming new year with a powerful standing meditation priming you to take your power into strength through water element qi gong practice. 

 

Week of January 3rd: Put One foot in front of the other: Dig in on the path towards New Years resolutions. This weeks practice is all about transcending any worry that change brings in the new year. Ground your feet and open your willpower with toe squat practice. Floss out the joint of your spine to disperse any anxiousness  and flow like water into 2022 with water element qi gong.
